Life is Missing Girl Factor....!!!

Hello Friends...!!

I always support the fact that LIFE is the most pleasurable gift. But sometimes it happens that Life becomes insipid and less charming just because we are missing someone..!!!

It's very true that Every thing takes time and we need to keep patience. But for how long???? Actually we expect a lot from ourselves. We try to implement our fantasies into real life.

Imagine a situation where there is someone who cares for you other than your parents and the family. This will definitely give you a sense of responsibility and will make you feel complete. Those who have girlfriend are pretty lucky, at least they have some one with which they can share their life. But life sometimes become very dull for those who don't have girlfriend or misses a girl factor.

What is the reason actually?? I always think that What is the real secret of making the girlfriend. Many a times I found my friends wallowing in the discussing about How coward are we that WE DON'T even have a girlfriend. But friend I ask you all that Is it really a matter of DARING to propose a girl or it automatically happens??

How pleasure situation it would be that someone remembers your special occasion and throws surprises to you. How beautiful it would be that someone cares for every need of yours and takes care of you. How beautiful life would be that you are responsible for your girlfriend. How beautiful it would be that You spend hours talking to your girlfriend without thinking what is happening around you...!!!! I heard that Life totally changes after you have a girlfriend..but up to what extent I don't know???

But Yes it is rightly said that At some point of time Man is incomplete without a Girl. It tends to get lonely at times especially if you're above 21. Sometimes you would long to have someone special around your age that you can confide and discuss anything with. It usually gives a good sense of feeling knowing that you have someone you can call and discuss everything whether it's a joyous moment or you are depressed. I personally think that Life with Girlfriend would be much better than a Life without Girlfriend..!!!

What are your Views..??? Every individual has his own perception...I would like to know your views and let me understand which life is better(with girlfriend or without girlfriend)..!!

By the Way I am very happy with the way my life is going on..But I just want to know how others look at the life..!!

4 Yrs on...Misconception Rules my Mind...!!!!

Welcome you all...!! For the last few days blogging was brought to standstill..!!
Hmm Was Quite busy in college work and all that Jazzz...!!!

Friends....This is an article...which I m forced to write. I can't stop myself from sharing it on my blog. Relationships are like a glass....Even a Single Crack can damage the beauty of the relationship..!!!
This is what is actually happening recently at the college leaving party.

We entered in college taking a dream of making lot many friend and we to an extent build a great bond between the class members. But when some hostile thing happens it really hurts everybody..!!

As one of my friend said "Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean." This theory we should implement to our class also. When we came to college 4 Yrs Before we were single drop but during these beautiful 4 Yrs we are now like an ocean, so why there is so much turbulence in this ocean when we are about to leave.

Life is short and within a very short time we need to create unforgettable memories, Instead of creating sweet memories the ambiance is full of rancorous moments..!!!

College leaving party is tribute to the 4 year relationship we have built up. So onus is on us to make it one of the most unforgettable moment of life. Misconception will always be there but it should not affect the party..!!! We need to enjoy fully and without everybody's support it will not be possible..!! Even a single friend missing a party will be big blow for us..!!!

So at last I just want to say that Don't be a victim of Misconceptions and Participate enthusiastically. Every effort will somehow strengthen the bond.

Hope I didn't write nything controversial...!! If any plz don't mind it..!!!

Ambush At Dantewada..!!!

The journey of blogging was going fantastic until the country was brought under severe pain by the Bloody Naxalites. Yes, you guessed it right. I am actually talking about Ambush at Dantewada.

After the terrorist attack on 26/11, every thing was going alright but these Naxal attacks has brought country down to the knees. Two Days ago i.e on 6th April the country faced one of the deadliest attack ever on the security personnel of the country. As per the news 76 CRPF personnel died in the ambush.

I as a citizen of India was badly hurt after hearing news and was wondering what has actually gone wrong??? After 26/11 the country was doing very well and I was pretty impressed by the work done by Mr. Chidambaram but this ambush at Dantewada was shocking and gruesome. This is a war against India. It is not a small incident. This is a war-like situation. Some necessary steps need to be taken by the government.

This incident has affected every individual of the country and created fire among all the Indians. So this is the time when the government need to act. Govt. need to create such an ambiance that country doesn’t panic and can easily combat against Naxalites.

I personally think that there is lack of coordination between the police and the CRPF jawans. There was proposal that Air Force should be used if ambush augments but Air Force chief denied that there is no such need. I say there are more than 1000’s of Naxalites in the forest at Dantewada and already 76 security personnel has been killed so why we are not taking stringent actions. Still Mr. Chidambaram was saying that we need to remain calm and we should keep patience but how?? This is high time, our country security is at stake and we are not able to do anything. This is really embarrassing for the country people.

Few hours ago I heard news that Mr. Chidambaram is actually planning to resign. How insane he is yrr..???? When the country needs the support of the government he is actually signing off from the seat. If Mr Chidambarm resigns then I must say it will be psychological victory for the Naxalites because what they wanted is to hinder the country administration and so they did it..!! So in my opinion Mr. Chidambaram should take the onus of this deadly attack and act willfully. We are with him as a citizen of India.

After this attack there was an urgent need for the government to come into the action. There is war at the border but another war is also going within the States. So for the same PM Manmohan Singh announced a Rs 7,300 crores development package and withdrawing more than 1,00,000 petty cases against the tribals in Jharkhand.

The government must, however, ensure the schemes are implemented properly and the developmental efforts are sustainable and inclusive. The efforts require a high level of commitment that will be difficult to find, given the past records of both the Centre and the state governments of Chhatisgarh.

Poverty has affected the tribal districts to such a an extent that, the tribals here believe that it is better to die in a fight than die of hunger, or worse, see their families die. No development work has taken place in Lalgarh in the last one year. Ironically, the last team of bureaucrats that visited the gram panchayats in Lalgarh recently, had promised BPL cards in two weeks, which is yet to be fulfilled.

The only way to end the war permanently, is through rapid and inclusive growth, keeping in mind the interests and rights of the villagers and the tribes.

Hope this ambush ends very soon and it will be possible only when the Govt. and Security personnel work concordantly.

Through this blog I want to pay tribute to those 76 Security Personnel who lost their lives in Naxal Attack. Kudos to the Brave countrymen…!!!!!!!!

This time around the most talented sportsperson of the world are under severe scrutiny. Yes, you all guessed it right?? I am actually talking about the our country's darling SANIA MIRZA and Ex-Pakistani Captain Shoaib Malik' wedding.

From Last year or so Sania is into the news for all the wrong reasons. We expect Sania to perform well at the World level in Tennis but she is actually in quest for her hubby globally. Last year we heard the news that Sania is going to marry his childhood friend Sohrab Mirza. But eventually this year the relationship ended up rancorously . We all speculated that might be Sania's professionalism made her to take this decision, but who knows that she is actually having cross border connection with most talented cricketer of Pakistan Shoaib Malik.


Well, I actually have no problem because this is not the first time when our Indian Celebrity is getting married globally. Previously also Viv Richards had an affair with Neena Gupta and Zaheer Abbas Pakistan cricketer getting married to Indian. So it's not that it's first time such an incident is happening. But still why this thing has actually heated up like a red iron in meager 3-4 days????

Is being a celebrity a Curse in INDIA???? Why there is so much overreaction to this issue??????? The rumors are rife that Shoaib is already married to Aayesha(Hyderabadi girl) and she is claiming to be his first wife. We as a common man don't know what is the real story??? But I can just say that MEDIA should stop interfering in their personal lives. It is their life and they are responsible for good or bad. If Aayesha thinks Shoaib is cheating then she should file a case in court and then leave it to the court.

What I saw yesterday that Both the legendary sportsperson facing trial against the media was really embarrassing. They both are very revered world over and since they are celebrities their marriage is much talked about. If any common man would have done it then their won't be much talks. Why so with Celebrities??? I was badly hurt in the manner media was treating both of them. They both belong to respectable families and they also have some emotions, So we should take care of that.

We as a citizens of INDIA are getting emotional because our DARLING SANIA MIRZA is getting married amidst such controversy. I can understand it but it is also our moral responsibility that we should respect her decision of MARRIAGE because its such a consecrate act. WE just pray that they should marry what ever their past life be and live happily for ever. Hope any MEDIA personal read this article and act in some what better manner.

At last I can just say that Sania has broken hearts of many but if we truly love her then just pray for her Successful life with Shoaib instead of creating a mess of it.

It's simply my views, Any person getting hurt don't take it personally..!!!!!

After lot many general ideas of mine, I thought Why shouldn’t I share something serious??? So here's one morose story but with a real message..!!!!

This might sound you somewhat wearisome to you all but please to get a real message plz read it.


A young man was getting ready to graduate college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.

As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box.

Curious, but somewhat disappointed the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible. Angrily, he raised his voice at his father and said, "With all your money you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the holy
book.

Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business.He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day. Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care things. When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart.

He began to search his father's important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. As he read those words, a car key dropped from an envelope taped behind the Bible.It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the
sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation,
and the words...PAID IN FULL.

How many times do we miss God's blessings because they are not
packaged as we expected????

So we should accept every gift wholeheartedly, who knows....what is for you in store..!!!

Entrepreneurship….The Future Lies Ahead…!!!!!!

India is going through a great Run this time round. India is among those countries whose economy was growing even when the world was going through the rough patch. It is generally said that “When the USA sneezes the whole world catches the cold”. But India was lucky enough to come out of the crises fruitfully.

This sounds Encouraging. But friends don’t you think that Indians are highly dependent on USA and other multinational companies for the survival??. Almost Half the fortune 500 companies have their presence in US or in West, but there are hardly any Indian companies who managed to do so. India is producing World class Engineers from IIT’s and World Class Managers from IIM’s but still we are lacking when it comes to create business opportunities. We are more of a jobs seeker rather than the job creator. Isn’t it???

This is where I think India is lacking. This is what I think "Entrepreneurship is the future lies ahead"

Who doesn’t want to be an owner of a company? I think it’s a dream of many isn’t it?? An ENTREPRENEUR is a person who is a mixed blend of leadership skills, knowledge, ability to take risks and more over who believes in creating jobs rather than seeking for job.

Friends, these days I have been going through rigorous training of GD/PI for MBA entrance and I many a times come across hearing that I want to own a company and I want to be an Entrepreneur. In fact I also give such kind of answers. No, not because everybody gives such kind of answers but I really want to own a Company. Such aspirations need to be invigorated.

Frankly speaking there are almost 5L Engineers, 2.5L Managers, 3L BCom’s & BSc’s and some more grad make some total of nearly 15L Graduates every year. And the number of job vacancies created is almost 50%. So, what will happen of those remaining 8L who are also skillful but are not fortunate enough to grab a job? In fact I must say they are not unlucky but in my opinion they have much bigger opportunity to create their own empire. Why are they running for the jobs everywhere?

You will be shocked to know that only 15% of the business is organized in India and rest is totally unorganized. So, why to run for that merely 15% when the vast 85% of unorganized sector is calling you?

Why not take the education industry. It contributes mere 2% to the GDP of the country. Here lies the big opportunity for the youngster to pursue their career and accomplish their entrepreneurial dream. Although not today but in near future the Govt. has to think in this direction of promoting Entrepreneurs. Without this it is almost impossible to create employment opportunities for the people.

It is fact that India is land of opportunities and more than 2/3rd of the population is below 35 Years. So this is where India can use this enormous manpower. GOOGLE, YAHOO, DELL, MICROSOFT, APPLE were such companies which were founded by youngsters at the age of almost 20-25. This was possible only because they had support from the government. Their education system is such designed that new ideas are promoted very much. GOOGLE was founded in Stanford University by the university grads right? U.S. and other European countries prospered because they promoted entrepreneurs. Such tactics need to be followed by India too.

It is not the case that Indian Universities doesn’t promote entrepreneurship but it is at a very inchoate stage. Only IIM-A (DREAM BIG 2010) and ISB Hyderabad and EDI Gandhinagar are such institutes which offer these courses. For Indian and the youth to prosper the Education has to play a big role. Universities should start Entrepreneurial courses as a part of their curriculum. This will not only provide youth opportunity but also allow the country to grow at much faster rate. Recently Infosys Co-founder Mr. Narayan Murthy and his wife Ms. Sudha Murthy came up with an idea of being a “Venture Capitalist (Catamaran)” which is intended to promote the Entrepreneurs. Many more business tycoons need to come up with the idea of promoting Entrepreneurs.

So, at last I want to say that India can no longer rely on the West for the survival because after this recession major companies like GM and Bank of America plunged to a great extent. China and India are the two big economies which will be dictating the world for the coming decade. So it’s a great opportunity to come up with new business ideas. Who knows India can up with more MICROSOFT and GOOGLE in the coming decade….!!!!

Are You "Praying or Begging"..????

Praying or Begging..??


Man is avaricious by nature. He is so covetous that he has forgotten the basic essence of worship. God is present everywhere but still a man goes to temple & pray (beg) for almost everything.

Yes friends, this generally happens with almost every common man who is striving for a successful life. Every body wants to be successful and every individual has its own parameter for success. Man is so determined to get succeed that he strives for almost everything in life. For that purpose he started begging from God instead of worshiping him. And see the God,Despite all the odds he is so generous that he fulfills almost every one’s wish either instantly or sometime latter.

Consider GOD as a common man. What happens when you ask something with a common man? When you ask for something he gives it and goes away without thinking whether that thing was useful to you or not. He has fulfilled his purpose by providing that desired thing to you. But will that stop your greed??? No. It won’t. It is the basic characteristic of an individual that we are actually voracious for our materialistic needs.

Similar thing happens with the GOD also when you desire something you pray or rather beg in front of god and he will definitely fulfill you wish but by doing so you have lost the GOD for ever. Because when you ask for a thing everyday with a common man he will one day get annoyed and will not pester about your wants. Similar is the case with the God, when you go to temple daily and pray (beg), God also gets annoyed and at some point he doesn’t care about your wants and needs. Because you are avid for almost everything. Instead of Begging for materialistic needs, start Praying God from true Heart and wish that he stands with us every time whether its good time or bad. God is something who is always with us and we should use him at a very critical point of time in life, not every day we should expect him to give something. Isn’t it?????

When our needs are fulfilled we thank God by either donating Prasad or Some Gift and from the next day again we start getting greedy for other thing. This is a vicious cycle which will never end. We always expect a positive denouement from God without thinking whether we really deserved it or not.

My dear friends Every one has something in the store. That something is the combination of (HARDWORK & OPPORTUNITY). We have to keep doing hard work and wait for the opportunity to come and we will definitely get the thing we desire for. For that we don’t need to pray or beg in front of the GOD…!!!!!!


So friends, My personal experience truly says that We actually are not worshiping rather begging for our materialistic needs and in that process we are loosing the true essence of worship. So from next time just pray for the welfare and not for fulfilling our never ending greeds…!!!!
